Seven men and five women have been selected as jurors for the Phil Spector retrial for the murder of actress Sharon Tate, I mean, Lana Clarkson. Phil is accused of killing Ms. Clarkson on Feb. 3, 2003 at his Los Angeles mansion.

The last time this geek was on the hot seat, the jury came back with a 10-2 count in favor of convicting Mr. Spector. So, the judge declared a mistrial. Court is weird like that.

Opening statements for the retrial begin next week and the trial is expected to last for several months… just like the last one.
